A New Braunfels favorite returns with an opening date

It’s official: Steaks To Go is back, and the grand opening is set for Thursday, December 18 at 11 AM. The beloved food truck is bringing back its fresh, fast, no-frills steak sandwiches — yes, including the iconic little bottles of ketchup.

You’ll find the truck parked next to Roc-N-Rita’s at 221 S. Elliot Knox Blvd, open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM, with dinner hours planned for the future. Parking is limited, so guests are encouraged to use Castell Ave and keep the drive-thru clear.
