A $20M DOWNTOWN TRANSFORMATION IS COMING

The city’s growth is showing no signs of slowing.

New Braunfels is gearing up for an exciting new chapter right in the heart of downtown.

“The Neue,” a 72,000-square-foot, four-story mixed-use development, is set to bring condos, shops, and office space to West San Antonio Street.

The project, led by Seals Family Properties and Gillum Development, represents a $20 million investment that will add 46 condos and retail spots while preserving the historic charm of downtown.

Construction kicks off in 2026, and by spring 2027, the Neue will be ready to welcome residents and businesses, continuing the area’s vibrant growth.
