⚖️ SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE HEADS TO FEDERAL APPEALS COURT

Case could impact property rights nationwide

The fight over New Braunfels’ short-term rental ban is heating up again. Attorneys for STR owners have appealed the city’s ordinance, arguing it's unconstitutional and infringes on property rights. The case will now go before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

While the city defends the ordinance, claiming it's consistent with zoning protections and the Constitution, STR advocates say the ruling could set a dangerous precedent nationwide.

The outcome could have major implications for property owners and city ordinances alike.
