City Closures & A Moment of Gratitude This Memorial Day
Hi there,
In observance of Memorial Day, our regularly scheduled Monday newsletter outlining all of this week’s best upcoming events will arrive Tuesday morning instead.
Before the BBQs and summertime fun, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day. Memorial Day is a time to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifices make our way of life possible, and we are forever grateful.
If you haven’t yet, we highly recommend visiting the Veterans Memorial at 3030 W San Antonio St., in front of the New Braunfels Police Department Headquarters. It’s a beautiful, moving tribute to those who served and a meaningful stop this holiday weekend.
