Two iconic New Braunfels venues listed together for $4.5 million

Two of downtown’s most recognizable entertainment spots are officially for sale. Pour Haus Patio Bar and Downtown Social have been listed together as a combined operating business with a $4.5 million asking price, generating nearly $5 million in reported gross revenue.

From Downtown Social’s bowling lanes and rooftop space inside the historic Gerlich Auto Company building to Pour Haus’ open-air courtyard and live music lineup, both venues have played a major role in shaping downtown nightlife since 2012. No timeline has been announced for a transition, but for now, the businesses remain open as normal.

Buy, trade, and connect with fellow plant lovers

Plant sellers from around the New Braunfels market will gather Sunday for a March Plant Swap featuring indoor and outdoor plants available for sale or trade. The event will take place on the covered patio at The Villa, creating a relaxed space to browse, chat, and grow your collection.

Guests under 21 are welcome, and dogs are allowed in the patio area. Vendors should bring their own tables and are encouraged to clearly label and price their plants.
