Tubing, live music, food trucks, and river fun return to New Braunfels
Wasserfest is officially making its comeback at Landa Falls on Saturday, bringing back the spirit of one of New Braunfels’ classic summer kickoff events from the 90s. Guests can float the Comal River from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM before spending the afternoon enjoying food trucks, games, family-friendly activities, and live music along the riverbank.
Soul Sessions will perform from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, adding to the laid-back river atmosphere while attendees relax with friends and family. General admission is $10, kids under 12 get in free, and combo tubing packages are also available for those wanting the full experience.

A fun hands-on activity for creative kids and families
McKenna Children’s Museum is hosting a clay plate masterclass on Friday from 2-5 PM, giving kids and families the chance to design and create their own decorative clay plate while learning the basics of working with clay.
The workshop is included with regular museum admission while supplies last, making it an easy and creative afternoon activity for families looking to do something different in New Braunfels.

After more than 25 years caring for local families, Dr. Jason Nelson now offers a more personalized experience through his MDVIP-affiliated practice in New Braunfels.
Patients benefit from longer appointments, easier access to care, and a stronger focus on prevention, wellness, and finding the root cause of health concerns instead of rushing through visits. For those looking for a more relationship-driven approach to healthcare, his office is located at 1441 Whispering Woods Trail.
