Happy Thursday, New Braunfels! Did you enjoy the rain we got yesterday?
The holiday fun is officially in full swing, and today’s lineup brings a little bit of everything: snow in the Hill Country, live music underground, and a major theme park deal that’s hard to ignore. Whether you’re planning ahead or making last-minute weekend plans, there’s a lot going on!

December puts extra stress on your home, from overnight guests and holiday cooking to new appliances, decorations, and electronics pulling more power than usual. Whether you’re fixing something before family arrives or making sure your system can handle the extra load, now is the time to take care of electrical issues before they turn into bigger problems.
That’s where Mr. Electric of New Braunfels comes in. From surge protection and panel upgrades to troubleshooting and repairs, their local electricians help homeowners in both established neighborhoods and newer developments keep their homes safe, powered, and worry-free throughout the holidays.

Three days of winter fun, holiday lights, and family magic
Real snow is coming to New Braunfels, and it’s sticking around for the weekend. The Stoke Factory Snow Party at Texas Ski Ranch runs Friday through Sunday, transforming Stoke Factory into a winter playground complete with real snow, a portable snow hill, festive lights, food, drinks, and a visit from Santa Claus.
Hosted with the help of Mireles Ice, this family-friendly event offers a rare chance to enjoy snow play right here in the Hill Country. Add in axe throwing at Loki’s, cozy holiday vibes, and plenty of space to make memories, and you’ve got one of the most unique seasonal events around.

A warm, soulful holiday concert beneath the Hill Country
Natural Bridge Caverns is hosting a truly special holiday experience with Jeremy McComb’s Live Underground: Christmas Cowboy Style on Saturday, December 20 from 6:30–8 PM. Set deep inside the caverns, this intimate concert blends storytelling, old-time cowboy music, and the unmistakable warmth of the holiday season.
It’s the kind of evening that feels both magical and personal — perfect for celebrating with family, friends, or anyone who loves live music with heart. Underground, candlelit, and full of holiday spirit, this show offers a Christmas experience you won’t find anywhere else.

New Braunfels is known for its extremely hard water, and over time it can take a serious toll on your home. Scale buildup can shorten the life of appliances, clog fixtures, and leave skin and hair feeling dry and irritated.
Aqua-Man Water Conditioning has been helping Hill Country homeowners solve hard water issues for more than 30 years. As a locally owned company, they design custom water conditioning systems based on your home’s specific needs — delivering reliable, soft water without gimmicks or pressure tactics.
