A One-of-a-Kind Yoga & Sound Bath Experience 180 Feet Below Ground

Galentine’s plans don’t get more unique than this. This Friday at 5:30 PM, join an all-levels yoga flow led by Winzer Van Delden inside the Ballroom at Natural Bridge Caverns, located 180 feet underground. The experience pairs gentle movement with a deeply calming sound bath in one of Texas’ most naturally resonant spaces.

Your ticket also includes a guided walk through the stunning Hidden Cavern, making this both a wellness experience and an adventure. With capacity limited to just 65 participants, this underground yoga session tends to sell out quickly.

Bri Bagwell & The Lowdown Drifters Take the Stage

Spend Valentine’s night soaking up live Texas music at Gruene Hall with performances by The Lowdown Drifters and Bri Bagwell. Doors open at 8 PM on Saturday, February 14, with music kicking off shortly after for a high-energy, unforgettable evening.

General admission tickets are available for $25, making this a great option whether you’re celebrating with a date, friends, or just your love for live music. It’s a classic Gruene Hall night with a Valentine’s twist.

Hard water can quietly damage your home, appliances, and even your skin. If you’re seeing buildup on fixtures, cloudy glasses, or soap that won’t lather, you’re feeling the effects of New Braunfels’ mineral-heavy water.

Aqua-Man Water Conditioning offers a free, no-obligation water analysis to show you exactly what’s in your water and what solutions actually make sense for your home. Their licensed local team also services most major systems and offers a 90-day risk-free softener trial.

Recent data from U.S. News & World Report shows Comal County residents live nearly three years longer than the national average. That’s great news. But there’s one concern that stands out: a higher-than-average number of locals don’t have health insurance. And when the unexpected happens, that gap can get expensive fast.

If you’ve been avoiding coverage because it feels confusing or out of reach, Penn Mallery can help. He specializes in affordable, custom PPO health plans for individuals, families, and small businesses, with year-round enrollment and nationwide networks. No pressure, no sales tactics—just clear answers and real options from a local expert.
