Live music, 190-cent beers, and Lone Star pride all day long
Texas pride takes center stage at Gruene Hall this Sunday as the community celebrates the 190th anniversary of Texas Independence Day with a massive party at Gruene Hall. Expect a full day of live music, armadillo races, longhorn photo ops, and an artisan market featuring local vendors.
From 3:00 pm to close, select domestic beers will be just $1.90, adding even more festive flair to a celebration rooted in Lone Star tradition.

Did you know published studies have linked MDVIP-affiliated practices to fewer hospital admissions, fewer emergency room visits, and earlier identification of heart attack and stroke risk compared to traditional primary care models? The difference often comes down to prevention, thorough screenings, and more personalized attention.
In New Braunfels, Dr. Jason Nelson brings that model to local families. With more than 25 years of experience, his MDVIP-affiliated practice is built around longer appointments, greater availability, and proactive health planning designed to support long-term wellness.

In New Braunfels, hard water isn’t a maybe, it’s a guarantee. Mineral buildup can quietly impact your appliances, plumbing, water taste, and even your skin and hair over time. Clear water does not always mean clean or balanced water.
That is why we partner with Aqua-Man Water Conditioning. With more than 30 years of experience serving the Hill Country, they design custom filtration and conditioning systems built specifically for local water conditions. The result is better-tasting water, longer-lasting appliances, and a home that runs more smoothly day to day.
