From trails and run clubs to kayaking and pickleball, staying active here doesn’t have to feel like a chore

Staying healthy in New Braunfels goes way beyond the gym, and our new local guide is highlighting some of the best ways to stay active while actually enjoying yourself. Live music, food trucks, and family fun are heading back to Landa Park this Thursday

The Live @ Landa concert series returns to the Dance Slab in Landa Park on Thursday with a free evening of live music featuring The Billie Jeans and opener Kristen Foreman. The family-friendly event runs from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and also includes kids’ activities and local food trucks.

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy one of New Braunfels’ favorite outdoor summer traditions. Additional concerts are planned throughout June and July leading up to the city’s Fourth of July celebration.

STEP INSIDE THE NEWLY REOPENED HISTORIC FAUST HOTEL

One of downtown New Braunfels’ most recognizable landmarks is welcoming guests again

After being closed for renovations since 2023, the historic Faust Hotel is officially reopening to the public today! Originally opened in 1929, the newly updated property now includes renovated guest rooms, a refreshed Magnolia Patio, Walter’s Speakeasy, and a new restaurant called Wilhelm & Werner.

The reopening marks a major moment for downtown New Braunfels, bringing new life back to one of the city’s most iconic historic buildings while preserving a piece of local history for future generations.
