The Texas Hill Country Game Fair is back June 12–13 at Joshua Creek Ranch in Boerne, bringing together archery, fly fishing, shooting competitions, live music, wild game cooking, and a massive exhibitor village. Whether you’re a hunting, fishing, or outdoor enthusiast—or just looking for a unique weekend adventure—this is the event for you.

Kids and adults alike can enjoy hands-on demos, friendly competitions, Friday night tasting events, and live entertainment from the JR Herrera Band. Outdoor vendors and exhibitors will be on site all weekend, making it easy to shop, explore, and enjoy the Hill Country atmosphere.

Hope Hospice presents Hope on the Big Screen – A Family Resilience Series Event on May 27 from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Brauntex Theatre. Watch Elio, a film about belonging, friendship, and perseverance. Guests are encouraged to wear teal for Counseling Awareness Month and have a chance to win door prizes.

Admission is free, and concessions will be available for purchase. But make sure to reserve your seats in advance for this family-friendly evening to enjoy a meaningful story with your loved ones.
